Process West Cold Air Intake - Next Gen Ranger Raptor

The Process West Cold Air Intake is a direct replacement for the factory air box on the Next Gen Ranger Raptor, engineered to deliver a meaningful improvement in airflow, throttle response, and intake efficiency.

Improved intake sound.

Replacing the factory air box with the Process West Cold Air Intake delivers a noticeable improvement in intake sound. The high-flow K&N pod filter and less restrictive intake path produce a more pronounced induction note under acceleration, adding to the driving experience both on and off road.

High-flow filtration.

The system houses a large 6-inch K&N pod filter, delivering a substantial increase in airflow volume over the factory unit. The result is improved throttle response and more consistent power delivery across the rev range.

Compatible with factory and aftermarket crossover.

Works directly with the factory crossover pipe. For maximum system performance, the Process West 3.5 Inch Crossover Pipe is available separately in black or red (PWRRCP01B / PWRRCP01R).

Reduced heat soak.

The cold air intake design draws from a cooler air source than the factory air box, helping to reduce intake air temperatures and maintain consistent performance under sustained hard use.
